ABC News reports:
"Jakubec's lawyer had asked a judge to stop the demolition of the house so the defendant could retrieve 'papers, journals and other items in the house that may help [him] prove his intent or his mental state.
A judge ruled that the destruction could move forward, however, after an FBI bomb technician testified that Jakubec's backyard was a 'minefield' and that a bomb tech walking in the yard had stepped on something that made a loud pop and burned the bottom of his shoe."

Alexander McQueen death
Alexander McQueen designer has been discovered dead in his London home this morning, in accordance to a spokesperson for his firm.
There are stories claiming McQueen took his own life -- but until now, a official cause of death has not been published.
The UK media corporation, Sky News, is confirming that McQueen was found hanged in his apartment. Sky News also reports that local police have said the death would not be "treated as suspicious."
The 40-year-old designer often designed outfits for Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Prince Charles.
A repetition from McQueen's office just released a statement saying, "At this stage it is inappropriate to comment on this tragic news beyond saying that we are devastated and are sharing a sense of shock and grief with [McQueen's] family."

The 2010 Lexus GX 460 was presented at the Montreal International Auto Show in Montreal, Quebec.
It is designed for luxury levels of comfort, comfortable and versatile, for active, well-off families to make a good weekend in comfortable circumstances.

The base price of this car is $51,970 and $56,765 for the Premium edition, but what you may expect for this price, it is in the car, even the iPod ports, too.
